Location: Argentina

What you’ll be doing?

As a Practice Lead – Managed Services Provider (MSP) at DinoCloud, you will lead and scale the Managed Services (MSP) practice as a senior technical and strategic authority, acting as a Senior Technical Account Manager for key enterprise accounts while establishing delivery standards, operational frameworks, and a structured development model for the growing TAM team.
Ensure continuous compliance with AWS MSP program requirements and drive the evolution of the operating model from reactive support to a proactive, consultative engagement approach.

  • 1. Technical-Strategic Leadership for MSP Accounts
    • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enterprise MSP clients.
    • Lead Business Reviews, QBRs, and Well-Architected Reviews.
    • Manage complex executive-level conversations and critical escalations.
    • Proactively identify AWS cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and expansion opportunities.
    • Drive a consultative engagement model rather than a reactive support approach.
  • 2. Operational Excellence & AWS MSP Compliance
    • Ensure ongoing compliance with AWS MSP requirements (FTR, runbooks, audit evidence, operational processes).
    • Define and standardize operational frameworks across the MSP practice.
    • Improve incident management, escalation handling, and technical governance processes.
    • Ensure consistent adoption and application of the AWS Well-Architected Framework.
  • 3. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Orchestrate collaboration between Customer Success, Cloud Engineers, and Solutions Architects.
    • Align technical roadmaps with commercial strategy.
    • Translate business needs into structured, actionable technical plans.
  • 4. TAM Team Development & Transformation
    • Lead upskilling and reskilling initiatives toward a customer-facing, autonomous TAM model.
    • Assess individual technical gaps and design structured, non-generic development plans.
    • Establish clear standards of technical excellence and accountability.
    • Mentor junior and mid-level profiles toward true enterprise-facing autonomy.
    • Build a culture where role standards represent the baseline, not the ceiling.
  • 5. MSP Model Evolution
    • Lead the transition from reactive (break-fix/support-driven) models to proactive, consultative engagement.
    • Build and structure the MSP practice from an early or evolving stage.
    • Define and track operational and technical maturity indicators.
