Partner Business Manager 

What you’ll be doing?

As a Partner Business Manager  at DinoCloud, you will lead the strategy for the development and growth of DinoCloud’s partner ecosystem by strengthening relationships with strategic partners such as AWS, Anthropic, and Snowflake, while developing new alliances that drive demand generation, create business opportunities, and maximize the value of partnership programs, contributing to business growth and the achievement of the company’s commercial objectives. 

Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina.

  • Manage the strategic relationship with AWS and other technology partners, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Lead demand generation initiatives together with the Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor partnership metrics and program performance, driving actions that enhance DinoCloud’s positioning within the partner ecosystem.
  • Develop reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) on partner performance, demand generation, and business evolution.
  • Design and execute the partner development strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
  • Identify, develop, and maximize business opportunities originating from the partner ecosystem.
  • Align commercial strategies between internal teams and partners to accelerate opportunity closure.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of initiatives.
  • Design and internally communicate new initiatives, benefits, and programs offered by partners.
  • Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) programs, including planning, tracking, and execution.
  • Manage the budget allocated to Sales & Marketing initiatives related to partners.
  • Lead and develop the team in charge, promoting professional growth through continuous follow-up, feedback, and development plans.

What would you need to succeed in this role?

Required:

  • Strong experience in business development within the technology industry.
  • Experience leading alliance or partnership strategies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency (B2+), both spoken and written.
  • Experience leading and managing teams.
It is a plus if you have:
  • Experience working with the AWS partner ecosystem (AWS Partner Central).
  • Knowledge of partnership programs and co-selling strategies.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner (Foundational) certification or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Cloud solutions, especially AWS.
  • Experience managing MDF (Marketing Development Funds) programs.
  • Experience working with partnership metrics, pipelines, and commercial KPIs.
